This glass and gold bracelet is handmade by artisans using tempered glass and 24K gold plated beads and is available in stretch elastic measuring 17cm / 6.5 inches in length.

Gift packaging - Gifts that give back

Every band comes in its own drawstring fabric pouch in which you will find a personalized planting certificate for your 10 trees and gift card on which you can write a message. Your planting certificate can addressed personally (by hand), and explains how your trees combat global warming to help people and animals alike. The back of your gift card tells you all about Pink Seahorses and why and how they are endangered.

Your bracelet & care

The tempered glass beads will hold their colours in water although they should not be exposed to perfumes, chemicals, cosmetics and the like. The 24K gold plated beads should be treated like all gold jewellery (see care guide).

Pink Seahorse

Seahorses have been on the planet for 13 million years which is incredible when you think that they are smaller than your finger and completely defenceless! Today they are prized for use in medicine in China and between 64 million and 150 million seahorses are being harvested from the oceans every year. So, after 13 million years living harmlessly on the planet, experts are now saying there won't be any left  by 2045. The Pink seahorse remained undiscovered until 1969 which isn't surprising given their size. They look like mythical baby dragons and they even change colour with their mood. The Pink seahorse is just an inch or 2.5 centimetres long, and swims around by fluttering a fin on its back 35 times a second. As busy as a bee! Please enjoy our pink tribute bracelet to these little horses who are smaller than your little finger!
