We ship globally via the Australian National Postal Service, domestically and internationally. You can elect for express shipping as part of the options for shipping.

There is an option to gift wrap your order offered at checkout. Remember, if you do want your gift wrapped to leave a note so we can address your tree planting certificate with the person's name. Also please write any note you wish to appear on the endangered animal gift card with your band.

We pack and dispatch your oder within 2 business days of receipt. It can be quicker depending on how busy things are.

The second you realise you want to change any part of your order, please email us. We can't guarantee to see it before we dispatch, but will do our best.

If you’re not filled with joy and happiness
when you receive your bands, we accept returns for all new, unworn, unaltered,
full-priced items so long as it has the original tags and packaging.

You’ve got 14 days to ponder on how you feelabout your purchase, but please don’t wear your bands while you’re thinking
about it.

Sorry to say sale items are a final sale for
which and returns or exchanges will not be accommodated.

The returns process may take up to 21 days
in Australia with all the coming and going and we’ll do our best to shorten that. Once we’ve
verified your return is in the right shape we will make the refund. 

We do not refund the postage, but your trees remain planted.

International Returns

The international returns process may take up to 30 days with all the coming and going and we’ll do our best to shorten that.
Once we’ve verified your return is in the right shape we will make the refund. 

For exchanges, please process your original
purchase as a return (above) and then please place an order for the new size/style, and we will process the refund when your original purchase is received.

We ship International orders from Australia (Duties Delivered Paid). Once the carrier is in possession of your order, there should not be any further taxes or duties to be paid as we take care of this in the purchasing process.

What this means for returns is that if you
returning your item, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges,
and any duties, taxes and other customs charges on your package for both the
original and return shipments. Sorry, we can’t refund any shipping fees on your
original purchase.

But your trees do remain planted.

We partner with www.veritree.com who certify the planting of your trees. We record the number of trees planted in real time on the website, in the shop and at our market stall and settle up with Veritree quarterly in arrears for the number of tree planted. The details can be found on our website and theirs.

The trees you plant are yours, not ours. The trees we plant for every Instagram follower are ours and we pay for them separately. We are carbon negative, producing more oxygen than carbon dioxide through our activities and supply chain.

We cannot evaluate every person's Carbon Dioxide pollution to work out how many trees are needed to offset their annual CO2 pollution - it would breach privacy laws and take a good long time.

So, as a start, as explained in our 2nd book, we have divided total global CO2 emissions (37 billion tons) by 8 billion people, to arrive at a figure for each person, shared equally, of 4.6 tons of carbon dioxide per person a year. This is just a start! It's explained in the tree planing certifcate that comes with your band.

Because we give you a certificate so we have to know how many. If it was a percentage of profits, then you wouldn't know how many trees you are planting for up to 18 months.
