Returns & Refunds

If you want to make a return for any reason here’s how it works, easy peesy.

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
• We leave the trees planted, its too complicated to ‘un-plant’ them.
• All returns must be in perfect condition with all packaging including your animals and tree planting certificates.Please send the items in their original packaging to the address below.
• Shipping costs and international duties and taxes are not refundable, including where orders are over $100. 
• Once we receive and record your return we will process the refund with 14 days. You will receive an email notification when completed as long as you registered your email with your order.
• Personalized and sale items are final sale & non-refundable.
